1. How can I contact Diamond Beauty Online?

You can reach our customer service team through our Contact Us form. We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item if it meets our return policy requirements

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.

6. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. We operate Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 1 PM on Saturday or on Sunday will be processed the next business day.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

8. What if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please submit a request through our Contact Us form.

9. Will I be charged with customs and taxes for overseas shipping?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

10. How do I return an item?

To request a return, please complete our Contact Us form with your order details. Our team will provide return instructions if your request is eligible.

11. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

12. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
